Carol’s unique perspective on wholeness infuses her counseling work. She blends her education and training in General Systems Theory and Marriage and Family Therapy with her experience and training in a variety of holistic mind-body-spirit therapies, Quantum Physics and Perennial Wisdom. With clarity and compassion, she guides clients to investigate their experiences on the physical, emotional, mental, relational, energetic, environmental and spiritual levels.
Since 1989 Carol has had the privilege to work in association with Dr. William Rea of The Environmental Health Center-Dallas, TX and Deborah Singleton of A Healing Place, also in Dallas, TX. Through these associations, she has counseled with many clients who have environmental illness, multiple chemical sensitivities and electromagnetic sensitivities. She is able to help clients address the impacts of their illnesses, not only on their mental and emotional being, but also on their physical, energetic, relational and spiritual being.
Another group of clients who seek Carol’s help is best labeled as “consciousness expanders.” These are individual clients or couples who have been through more traditional therapies before and are at a time in their lives when they are ready to address their growth and challenges from a bigger picture perspective. These clients come from a variety of cultural and spiritual backgrounds and are interested in improving their relationships and connecting with their essence in a deeper way.
Carol holds a doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is licensed as an LMFT in Texas and is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. She is also a member of the Institute of Noetic Sciences and ISSEEEM.
